Dr Steffen Windmüller at finccam

The finccam team welcomes Dr Steffen Windmüller as a new team member!

Steffen strengthens our team with his extensive research experience and his asset management expertise, which he has already demonstrated at various universities and asset management firms. His focus has mostly been on empirical research on various asset classes, investment strategies, and the use of derivatives.

Steffen studied in Karlsruhe and Münster, and subsequently earned his PhD in Finance from TU Munich, with research stays in Holland and Switzerland. His work has been published in journals such as the Review of Asset Pricing Studies, Journal of Banking & Finance, and Journal of Empirical Finance. Additionally, he provides data on global factor premiums for benchmarking and research purposes on a research website.

In his free time, Steffen enjoys baking, embarking on mountain tours, or traveling to new countries.
