Prof. Martin Spindler visits finccam

Many thanks to Prof. Dr. Martin Spindler from Economic AI and the University of Hamburg for his talk about “Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence for Finance & Insurance.” Our clients were impressed by his detailed knowledge about the applications of machine learning in investment processes.

It was particularly exciting to see how companies from various industries address the topic of machine learning. Using practical examples, Prof. Spindler guided the audience through this complex topic and its challenges, as well as clearly outlining the potential of the methods.

We are convinced of the possibilities of machine learning and AI; however, those methods and the results must be clearly understood. We do not recommend applying machine learning as a “Black Box” solution for investment.
